In 1980, Dionisio Custodio with his wife Esther Jimenez started producing an exquisite coffee in the mountains of Caguana in Utuado, Puerto Rico using only the best Arabica ripe coffee beans.

The coffee is processed and selected the way Don Dionisio Custodio used to execute, with care and exactness: Arabica ripe red beans, sun-dried, selected farms, having, as a result, a unique and exquisite coffee that maintains the tradition of this family.
